When preparing new garden beds, use Baileys Soil Improver Plus to build up the organic matter in the soil, then broadcast an even application of Rose, Camellia and Azalea across your soil, using a rate of 30 grams per square metre. Work into the soil and water well.
When preparing new plantings, select a suitable position and dig a hole large enough to accommodate the root system. Incorporate Baileys Soil Improver Plus with the backfill if the existing soil lacks organic matter. Mix 40 - 50 grams of Rose, Camellia & Azalea into the backfill, replace and water in well.
When feeding established plants, apply 30 - 40 grams per plant in the drip line area. Lightly work into the topsoil and water in well.
For plants grown in pots and planters, as a general guide apply 1 teaspoon (5 grams) to 140 mm pots, 2 teaspoons (10 grams) to 200mm pots and 2 tablespoons (30 grams) to 300mm pots. Water in well.
Reapply every 6 to 8 weeks in the growing season for best results.
